He has done a lot of work in the analysis and mining of omics data, the construction and analysis of biological networks, the modeling and simulation of biological systems, the sharing, integration and mining of medical data, and personalized medicine, and has achieved a series of innovative results, developed a series of medical and health software systems, and published more than 60 SCI papers.
